Хотим развеять некоторые преждевременные непроверенные версии относительно вчерашнего возгорания на нашем объекте. ⠀ Возгорание было точечным на внешней стороне технического этажа, длилось около 15 минут и локализовано силами нашей службы безопасности еще до приезда ГСЧС. Повреждений здания нет. ⠀ Теперь о подробностях. ⠀ Во-первых, считаем нужным опровергнуть информацию относительно возгорания утеплителя. В сториз на видео хорошо видно, что утеплитель является негорючим материалом. ⠀ Загорелся небольшой сегмент гидроизоляции, который находился на перекрытии, на внешней стороне здания. По технологическому процессу эта гидроизоляция покрывается бетонной стяжкой, после чего она становится полностью закрытой от внешних воздействий. Возгорание произошло на том участке, где строители еще не приступили к покрытию гидроизоляции. Среди возможных причин источника теплового воздействия рассматриваются окурок или искра. Мы выясняем подробности. ⠀ А теперь о главном. ⠀ Во всем мире здания, высотой будь-то 30 этажей или 130, тушатся не пожарными кранами, а современными системами пожаротушения. В Taryan Towers мы используем лучшие мировые практики. В нашем проекте предусмотрена система пожарной сигнализации и оповещения и управления эвакуацией и автоматика противопожарных систем, которые с запасом соответствуют гос. нормам и являются одними из самых передовых в нашей стране. ⠀ Согласно требованиям, в доме должно быть два специальных лифта транспортировки пожарных подразделений (ЛТПП), у нас их три в каждой секции и два дополнительных, с помощью которых спасатели могут оперативно попасть на любой этаж. В каждой секции две незадымляемые лестницы, которые на протяжении длительного периода не пропускают огонь и дым, таким образом позволяют безопасно покинуть здание. Также у нас предусмотрена спринклерная система пожаротушения во всех зонах общего пользования. На каждом этаже предусмотрены средства индивидуальной защиты и пожарные гидранты, а также сигнализация и система мгновенного оповещения. ⠀ Кто-то ищет сенсацию, но ничего страшного не произошло. I ended up by accident, (because my map was out of date and the Red Gate Gallery had moved), going to the Beijing Ancient Observatory on the first day and that shaped everything for me. I go to the Observatory in Greenwich quite a lot and navigation has been a subject in my work before and so suddenly I was looking at these incredibly sophisticated pieces of technology all made out of bronze. Things that detected earthquakes, compasses and water clocks hugely advanced for their time. These were ransacked by Anglo-French forces and completely destroyed or removed. But some of them had found their way back to the Beijing Ancient Observatory. That sense of time was really confusing and stretched things in really weird ways. En una sociedad donde las personas se han acostumbrado a vivir de prisa sin prestar atención a todo aquello que los rodea, la arquitectura está ahí para aportar una solución a dicho problema, y es que la construcción de espacios, ayuda y contribuye a que por un instante todas aquellas personas que van de prisa, convivan, que encuentren un símbolo de unión, un claro ejemplo de lo antes dichos es La Torre Insignia o Torre Banobras, creación de arquitecto Mario Pani Darqui, la cual posee una altura de 127 metros y que; gracias a su construcción en una la zona inhóspita la cual revelaba falta de orden social, sirvió como un símbolo ya que el diseño realizado fue con el propósito de que transmitiera regeneración y una perspectiva hacia el progreso. Pero no solo sirvió como inspiración, sino que también se convirtió en un elemento clave en la arquitectura internacional, ya que, al edificarse en una zona de alta sismicidad, se aplicó en su construcción tecnología con amortiguadores sísmicos. El balcón del Cabildo En mi posteo anterior había comentado sobre la historia del balcón mas famoso del país, el de la Casa Rosada Pero también hay otro balcón famoso y que paso un poco al olvido, y es el del Cabildo de Buenos Aires. Los Cabildos eran instituciones de la época colonial que administraban las ciudades. Allí estaban los gobernantes, jueces, las cárceles, se guardaba el dinero y otros organismos. Por eso eran el edificio publico más importantes de las ciudades. Muchas fiestas y celebraciones se realizaban frente al Cabildo o dentro de él. El Cabildo de Buenos Aires comienza a construirse en 1725 por los arquitectos jesuitas Primoli y Bianchi. Frente a el se realizaban las corridas de toros y el balcón era adornado para utilizarlo como palco de honor. Las autoridades españolas utilizaban el balcón y era tal el prestigio de ver las corridas desde ahí que ser invitado al balcón era todo un acontecimiento. El hecho histórico más destacado fue el realizado en la galería y balcón, el famoso Cabildo Abierto del 22 de mayo de 1810, que iniciaría todo el proceso revolucionario del 25 de mayo. Desde esa época, el balcón sufrió modificaciones y el Cabildo dejo de ser la administración de las ciudades. Solo quedaría como oficinas judiciales. El balcón volvió a su esplendor, cuando el 10 de diciembre de 1983, día en que Raul Alfonsin asumía la presidencia después de 6 años dictadura, eligiera el balcón del cabildo para dar su discurso al pueblo, al igual que lo hicieran los miembros de la Junta de Gobierno de 1810 ----- 1- Cabildo de Buenos Aires hoy 2- Pintura, representa un desfile de las milicias con el palco de honor en el cabildo aun en construcción. 3- Pintura, representa el 22 de mayo de 1810 en la galería del balcón 4- Fotografía de 1871, después que se hicieran modificaciones como agrandar la torre y cambiar la decoración, para alojar a la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación 5- Discurso de Alfonsin 6- El publico mirando al cabildo y a Alfonsin. 7- El cabildo, reconstruido en 1940 y su balcón decorado un 25 de mayo. #cabildo #balcon #plazademayo #historia #balconesdebuenosaires #grupoargxarg #arquitecturaporteña #arquitecturacolonial - @buenosairesguiada on Instagram

• Even though you might be not, I am very sure we all know this stadium. To clear up your mind, this is indeed the magnificent Estadio BBVA Bancomer, located in Guadalupe, a suburb of Monterrey, Mexico. We all know this beautiful stadium from one certain picture, very similar to picture no.2 in this post. It shows the incredible view from the northern end of the Estadio BBVA Bancomer, which already makes this stadium one of a kind. But besides this unique panorama, the stadium itself also looks absolutely beautiful. It is Liga MX top side CF Monterrey who play the Estadio BBVA Bancomer only since 2015, replacing the old Estadio Tecnológico where the club played almost during their entire existence. CF Monterrey are the current champions of Mexico, and are thereby obviously one of the biggest clubs from the country. This matches their stadium very well, as with its 53.500 capacity, the Estadio BBVA Bancomer is one of the biggest stadiums in the country. New as it is, the stadium never got the chance to host any big international tournaments, but something really big lies on the horizon. The Estadio BBVA Bancomer is chosen to be one of three Mexican host stadiums for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which clearly is a massive highlight for this stadium.
