- It took 5 weeks, but I’ve finished the Stephen West Jigshawl pattern and it was a great intro into shawl knitting. Through this project, I marled yarn together, I was able to knit pieces together and I learned an I-cord bind off. Overall, pretty happy, even if it’s a bit lopsided. Knitting rules!

Taking on a new test knit ⤵️ I’m working on two test knits right now, and am particularly excited for the release of this one! This is the Ursina sweater by @jacquelinecieslak, a Sport (& Worsted!) weight version of her very popular Ursa sweater. This is the cropped version knit up in Cat’s Eye on Merino Sport in size one, which fits me with minimal ease. Modeled photos to come! I kind of want to make a second one in a larger size, maybe full length instead of cropped, with BFL Sport. What do you think? More importantly, which colour should I do it in??
