One of my “cooler” moments meeting an American Hero, MMA @ufc fighter @timkennedymma for the cover of @muscleandperformance Made one HUGE mistake though. I asked Tim to give me a fake screaming shot...well Old Tim doesn’t do anything half way, and let out a war cry that shook the damn house down. Only a quarter cup of pee was released into my panties...I got the shot tho, you know what I say...Always get the shot. 😂 Lighting here was super simple. An extra small octabank with a small strip as a fill. That is all. We knew going in the location wouldn’t have much in terms of patriotic backgrounds for the special military issue, so I used a grey wall with plans of overlaying the flag in post.
