We all compare ourselves all the time.⠀ ⠀ I believe a better advice is When you compare yourself with others, try to see the bigger picture.⠀ ⠀ What I mean by this is that we usually just compare one thing about us with one thing about someone else. ⠀ ⠀ We see how big someone elses muscles are and we feel bad about our own bodies for example. What we miss in comparisons like this it that the guy with the big muscles might have them because he feels so much anger in his life that he has to take it out in the gym. Or maybe he feels so insecure about his personality that he needs to work out really hard to feel that he is worth something.⠀ ⠀ We dont know. We just see the muscles.⠀ ⠀ So next time you compare yourself with someone else, ask yourself, what do I have that this person dont have? Initially, he sold his wines through Comptoir des Propriétaires de la Côte d’Or, in Beaune. Her father, Henri Leroy, joined the family business in 1919. A friend of Edmond Gaudin de Villaine in 1942, he became half owner of Domaine Romanée-Conti which is still held by the Leroy family today. . In 1955, Madame Leroy entered the family business. Her father is credited with having begun building the reserves of the cellar in 1919. With his focus on Domaine Romanée-Conti, the wines collected are storied in their elegance and poignancy. She tastes through the range once a year to decide what is ready for release. It is a collection of mature bottles which captivates their audience. She has no contracts with growers. She buys the wines if she likes it and will pass on wine if she does not.
