Ich danke euch von Herzen für die ganzen Nachrichten mit euren Worten. Immer wieder lese ich mir ein paar weitere durch. In manchen Situationen kann zwar kein Wort trösten, aber das Gefühl der Verbundenheit lässt mich nicht allein sein. Es ist der Raum, der mir hilft diese Emotionen fließen zu lassen. Allein und auch mit meinen Kindern. Es gibt Momente der Verzweiflung, wir vermissen sie, sie fehlt uns. Und das ist auch ok so. Es gibt keinen Widerstand dazu, auch wenn es scheint, dass der Weg für mich oder auch die Kinder schwierig werden kann. Aber er darf auch leicht werden. Ich gebe mich hin und wir werden gemeinsam unserer Leben kreieren, und zwar genauso, dass wir 3 glücklich sind. Es ist ein Prozess, der schon lange vorher begonnen hat. Wenn man hinsehen wollte... Nun bin ich dankbar dafür, dass es ein sanfter Übergang war, an welchem die Kinder und ich auch schon unbewusst teilnahmen. Es gab immer wieder Gespräche und auch Emotionen darüber, falls es wirklich einmal so sein sollte.. So vieles was ich in den letzten Jahren gehört, gesehen und gelesen habe, ist erst mit dem Tod von Lisa klar geworden. Viele Worte von Lisa und weiteren weisen Begegnungen liegen mir im Ohr. Ich nehme die Natur und mein Umfeld viel bewusster wahr und freue mich über jedes kleine Wunder dass sich mir offenbart. Ich war voll da für sie bis zur letzten Sekunde, ich war voll da für die Kids und bin es jetzt noch viel mehr. Ich bin jetzt voll da für mich selbst. So schräg es auch klingen mag in dieser Situation, aber es ist so viel Dankbarkeit und Liebe da. Vieles wird sich ändern, aber vieles wird genauso bleiben. Und so gehen wir jetzt los. Wir wissen nicht wohin unser Weg uns führen wird, aber wir gehen ihn mit Zuversicht. Wir haben Ziele und Träume. Wir lieben unser Leben und wir haben uns versprochen, dass wir uns ein richtig schönes Leben machen. Wir dürfen immer mal traurig und verzweifelt sein. I have never, not once in my life, had a phobia. Until now. And I’m gonna be honest, I never understood them, I always thought “get over it, it’s just a spider, etc. walk away.” Until l, of course myself, became severely claustrophobic. To the point my entire body broke out in sweat and I was drenched within 30 seconds and my face looked like a very ripe tomato...and I almost passed out while trying on my finished spacesuit and helmet for the first time. It is not just mental, it is very physical. BUT, our mental minds do control a lot, if not everything. After six months, I was not able to overcome my claustrophobia, but I was able to come to a type of meeting of the minds with it. When we calm our minds and sit with the fear, NOT try and push it away, we can sit with it in a different way, that makes it “doable”. Playing an astronaut in AWAY made me push into the sharp edges in a way I never thought it would. This was such an important lesson for me...in so many ways. I hope that in sharing this you might feel less alone in whatever it is that takes over your mind and therefore body. V centru je mnoho obchůdků a večer to tu pěkně žije! 🎉🥂🎶 Spousta jídla, pití a zábavy na každém rohu. Pro dospělé bary a discotéky a pro děti pouťové atrakce.🔮⠀ ⠀ V sezóně, tedy v létě, je tu dost turistů (asi jako všude). 🤪 Tak s tím počítejte! ⠀ ⠀ Ale kde jsou tedy přesně tyhle úchvatné PÍSEČNÉ DUNY? 👉🏽 Asi 5 km od města!!! Nacházejí se v parku, který se nazývá Słowinśký národní park🌿. Индустриальный фотопроект CONTINUITY для компании @evraz_com ⠀ 5 городов, тысячи километров, около 100 часов съемки, ноль разбитых дронов (хотя был момент, когда почти разбил), и все это ради 18 кадров крупнейших предприятий Урала и Сибири. ⠀ Конечно, я мог просто наделать фоток с воздуха, но хотелось чего-то большего. On na pas de blé mais on a une résidence secondaire. Tas saisi la blague ?🌾 . Zébulon devient notre résidence secondaire, à la fois à la montagne et à la mer. Problème de riches. On avait vraiment besoin dune résidence secondaire car nous avons beaucoup trop dargent et nous ne savons pas quoi en faire. (daprès Julien, cest pas ma meilleure blague)🤷♀️ . Non hai mai tempo per stare con noi. Questa è una frase che ultimamente i miei figli mi hanno detto e che non posso nascondervi mi abbia ferito. E allora ho cercato di capire, di farmi spiegare perché secondo loro io non abbia mai tempo per stare con loro, ma lo trovo per scrivere al computer, per rispondere al cellulare, per disegnare, per pulire, per riordinare, per cucinare e magari anche per farmi una doccia. Il tempo è qualcosa di così soggettivo ma al tempo stesso di così uguale per tutti ed è frustrante quando ti rendi conti che cè chi è capace di farsi bastare 24 ore molto meglio di te. Per me il tempo è sempre qualcosa di inafferrabile, qualcosa che sento di non avere mai abbastanza, qualcosa che riesco solo a guardare nel suo inesorabile scorrere. Qualcosa contro cui imprecare, qualcosa che mi fa correre e sudare, qualcosa contro cui sistematicamente arrivare ultima. Come scrive @luca.mazzucchelli Non è vero che il tempo è denaro, è qualcosa di molto più prezioso. Il tempo non si può risparmiare, non si può accumulare, non si può fermare, non si può guadagnare o aumentare. Il tempo deve essere usato e investito nel momento in cui cè, perché nessuno può sapere se domani ce ne sarà ancora o meno. Dobbiamo smettere di bramare la ricchezza e iniziare ad essere avidi di tempo, perché se abbiamo ben presente che per noi tutti cè un limite, siamo meno propensi a sprecare il nostro tempo. ECCO IL MIO HOTEL A 5 MILIARDI DI STELLE Dopo aver fotografato la cometa Neowise diventata presto virale, avevo assolutamente voglia di provare unimpresa che avevo già tentato 4 anni fa: fotografare lo sciame delle Perseidi. Cosa è servito per realizzarla in breve: ✅ 3 ore di scatti notturni fra il 12 ed il 13 Agosto 2020 in un posto davvero buio ✅ 523 fotografie scattate in totale ✅ Photomerge di 7 scatti verticali per realizzare larco della Via Lattea: ogni scatto con le seguenti impostazioni f/2.8, 13 sec, 16.000 iso ✅ Tutte le altre centinaia di scatti sono invece serviti per acchiappare le meteore (solo 8 meteore prese su quasi 500 scatti) ATTREZZATURA UTILIZZATA: 📸Nikon Z7 14-24 nikkor f/2.8 Sviluppo in Camera Raw, editing finale in Photoshop. 🤩LA STORIA DIETRO QUESTA FOTOGRAFIA: Dopo 4 anni dalla mia prima foto dello sciame delle Perseidi non avevo più provato a fotografarle. Forse il ricordo della notte ghiacciata in tenda non era così piacevole, ma per fotografarle cè davvero bisogno di trovare un posto buio che più buio non si può. Magari anche non freddissimo, perchè no... Così mi sono messa a cercare sulla mia fidata app che mi fa vedere la mappa dellinquinamento luminoso e ho cercato il posto più buio (non di montagna, non avevo voglia di morire di freddo pure stavolta) che non fosse lontanissimo da casa mia. Ho trovato un punto nel centro della Maremma il cui nome mi ha subito stregata: LAbbandonato. Caspita che nome!! Un posto abbandonato, di nome e di fatto, e nerissimo di notte!.... Le @museeorsay est un musée magnifique et immanquable à Paris🖼️. À faire au moins un fois dans sa vie. Le musée qui était une Gare 🚂 à lépoque à gardé tout son charme que ce soit de lextérieur ( bâtiment magnifique, architecture splendide, des ornements avec des détails somptueux...) comme à lintérieur le musée est à lui seul une oeuvre dart qui se contemple. Le grand hall dentrée nous donne envie daller au fond pour découvrir ce qui si cache et toutes les pièces autour nous font perdre le sens et quelle est le meilleur moyen de visiter que de si perdre ? Matching my face mask with my outfit. . Its been forever since weve stepped into a museum and it felt so good to take the kids on a little field trip to the @natural_history_museum today! . We havent been to London in over a year and although we were slightly apprehensive everything has felt super safe (dare I say I actually like being in museums when its limited numbers 🙈) obviously we have gone in term time in the week too which is another benefit of the homeschool / Flexi school situation! . I know the dinosaurs are pretty impressive but Im all about the minerals and semi precious stones! I could spend ALL day there 😍 . We decided to make our trip an overnight stay and Ill share where we are staying tomorrow when we leave as its perfect for a trip to the museums and we are hoping for a trip to the V&A tomorrow to fill up on ALL the culture before we head back. . Ich bin chaotisch und verliere ständig meine Socken. Beim Beifahren träume ich mich durch die Welt und bewundere instensivst die Farbe der Blätter oder den Himmel - und finde deswegen als Selbstfahrer den Weg nie. Ich habe bisher noch jede Pflanze liebevoll totgepflegt. Dafür kann ich gut Gedanken und Ideen sortieren. Bei Einladungen zu Frauenkreisen dreht sich mir der Magen um, weil ich einfach nicht weiß, was ich da soll. Zu Gesprächen über weibliche Energien kann ich wenig beitragen. Ich liebe Worte. Ich liebe es darüber nachzudenken, wie unsere Sprache(n) unser Denken formen und wie wir damit unsere Realität bauen. Ich tobe lieber, als dass ich bastle. Ich koche leidenschaftlich gern - und hasse es, wenn mich dabei jemand aus dem Rhythmus bringt. Ich lache laut und mit dem ganzen Körper. Neue Situation machen mir Angst, aber ich bin trotzdem gern spontan. Ich finde Händchen halten allerseltenst schön, aber wenn ich jemanden gern hab, stelle ich 100000 Fragen. Ich mag Menschen, die kompliziert sind. Ich mag die, die in keine Kategorie passen, die sich sperren und sperrige Themen mögen. Ich mag die, die sich nicht anpassen und dabei trotzdem liebevoll und großzügig sind. Ich mag alles mit Raumschiffen und Zeitreisen und zerstörten Gesellschaften - in Filmen, nicht im echten Leben. Ich glaube nicht an die Macht des Universums. Ich glaube an mich und euch und die Kraft der guten Gedanken. Ich kann Ungerechtigkeiten in der Welt kaum ertragen – bei vielen Nachrichten muss ich weinen. Und trotzdem bin ich ein unverbesserlicher Optimist. Ich bin all das... und ich bin Mutter. I realized that I never shared the story of how we met. We’re celebrating twelve years together this October so I couldn’t think of a better time. I had just started college in Central NY and was determined not to date until after school so I could focus on my studies. Then came a phone call from my mother’s cousin’s wife who lived in the area (and who happens to be Matthew’s aunt. I know, it’s a lot to think about, but I promise we’re not related 😂). She was setting me up on a “tour of the area” with her nephew and “he’s cuuute.” Uh oh, a match making scheme. “By the way, I gave him your number and he is picking you up on Friday.” Meanwhile she had pulled the same trick on Matt. You can’t say no to Aunt Kathy. We connected right away, talking for hours. First on our tour of Franklin Square with hot cocoa, through Syracuse and the university, and then we tried a museum that was closed so we went out for dinner instead. We both shared an interest in rollerblading so he let me borrow his sister’s skates and he literally fell head over heels backwards while he was skating backwards to talk with me. I was paying too much attention to him to warn him about the pothole. On our way back to my dorm we picked up his best friend Corey and instead of a goodbye we ended up going out bowling where Matt tricked me into holding his hand (a story for another time). There was a hug goodbye at my dorm door at midnight. It was a very lengthy date and now we joke that it was the date that never ended. We’re still on it 12 years later. By the time I made it to my room I had a text that read, “You have the most beautiful smile. When we first started the Living Well With Schizophrenia YouTube channel, our goal was to create just a few short videos that would help others feel less alone, and be able to come to a place of more acceptance around their own illness or the illness of a loved one.⠀ ⠀ A little over a year and a half after starting the channel, its grown faster and larger than we ever imagined. Então já salva esse post e se liga nas dicas pra evitar que isso aconteça de novo: ⠀ 1️⃣🌤 ACORDE CEDO. Como dois preguiçosos que somos (e não temos nem vergonha de aditimir isso 🙈😂 hahah), sabemos como pode ser difícil seguir essa dica. Mas não tem jeito, esse é o principal segredo de fotos incríveis de viagem, não só para garantir que o lugar vai estar vazio, mas também porque os primeiros raios de luz, logo após o sol nascer, são ótimos para foto! ⠀ 2️⃣🔎 PROCURE OUTRO ÂNGULO. Se não deu pra acordar cedo, como foi o caso dessa nossa foto na Acrópole de Atenas, você ainda pode procurar outros ângulos para tentar fugir da multidão de turistas. Passa pro lado pra ver como tinham várias pessoas lá no fundo... Mesmo sem editar e apagar essas pessoas (próxima dica), a foto já estava bem legal! Como nos afastamos de todo mundo, além de ter ajudado pra conseguir equadrar todo o monumento, quem apareceu tava tão longe, e tão pequeno, que nem incomoda tanto... ⠀ 3️⃣ 📲 EDITE A FOTO. Independente de ter seguido as dicas 1 e 2, a edição ainda pode dar outra cara para a sua foto, e melhorar a exposição da luz, cores etc. Além disso, com a edição você também consegue apagar pessoas ou objetos indesejados da foto. Existem ferramentas específicas no Photoshop e no Lightroom para isso, mas se você não manja muito desses softwares, tem um app super prático que a gente sempre usa quando tá com preguiça (falei que somos preguiçosos, né? 😜 haha). O app é o TouchRetouch, e tem pra iOS e Android. Ele não é gratuito, mas não é caro (R$7), é muito simples de usar, e tem um resultado bem bom! When the UK and European travel bans were put into effect in early March due to Covid 19, We lost about 75% of our jobs, and were convinced that work and life as we knew it would come to a stand still. Luckily @yellowdayss was willing and ready to explore new ways of creating during this time, and we were able to produce this video thousands of miles apart from each other. Happy Easter! 😊✌💕 Repost @improbablyadventuring --- So after significant testing, it turns out Im not very good at riding in sand, particularly if its deep and rutted (where I cant seem to navigate the difference between allowing the bike to self-correct and not flailing wildly into or out of a rut) and very deep soft sand that when fully laden the low power of the DRZ struggles to not get bogged down in. This one was one of my only photographical drops of the two days crossing the black desert - the others being when I got pinned under my luggage, when I was so angry that I was swearing at and kicking my bike, or the final time when I tried to send it off a dune (so I wouldnt get bogged down) and buried my front wheel and gave myself a big bruise for my troubles. In these conditions I ended up duck waddling through which unfortunately just saps the energy even more. Pensando en una pronta vuelta al observatorio les presento un plate de APOGEE-2S, el cual utilizamos para observar. El diseño del plate representa una región en el cielo y cada orificio corresponde a una estrella en dicha región. En cada orificio de color azul, rojo o negro se conecta una fibra óptica del mismo color, la cual lleva la luz de la estrella asociada directamente al multi espectrógrafo APOGEE. Tenemos más de mil de estos plates, de los cuales ya muchos han sido observados. En la plate también hay unos recuadros numerados en los cuales se conecta una fibra óptica que contiene un pin de orientacion, éstas son las llamadas fibras guías que se utilizan para guiar al telescopio en las observaciones. This is a shot that was born as an idea in my wifes head and she was kind enough to share it with me. Its realisation took a while, since many factors had to be taken into account and the necessary accessories had to be purchased. The idea was to find a south facing sunflower field so I could take a picture of my 4-years-old daughter with the Milky Way in the background. Then we had to wait until 11 p.m. when the core of the Milky Way would rise, so we could take pictures of it. Aya - my daughter - had to climb a ladder and hold a bunch of helium balloons, lit from the inside. Everything seemed relatively achievable, just with a few small details - I had to find helium balloons, at least 10-15, that could last and fly until almost midnight. We are currently far from major cities, and there is still no party store in our village (smiley) . Then in a local store I stumbled across some yellow rubber balls. I immediately bought all ten of them, the seller was very happy with the sale, so did I (smiley) . And now I had to figure out how to tie the balls to each other and light them up with a lamp, and make it possible for Aya to hold all of it while standing on a ladder, alone in a field of sunflowers in the middle of the night. After a number of failures, a nervous breakdown and quitting to take the shot, finally we managed to figure out how to secure the balls/balloons with some solid thread, duct tape, accessories and a camping lamp... 6 утра, просыпаемся в лесу после тренировочной встречи по спасработам с нашими гидами. Очень не хочется никуда ехать, дико хочется спать, но уже скоро начало утреннего тура в городе. Переплываем озеро, грузим лодки на крышу, едем в город за прицепом. Мечтаю об утреннем кофе и завтраке, но мы уже опаздываем и моя мечта разбивается впрах) За час до тура начинает лить дождь, уверенно и видно с серьёзными намерениями. . 20 минут до встречи с участниками, льёт уже не по-детски. Но никто не звонит и не выказывает сомнений, переживаю)) А точно ли сегодня есть тур😄 Приезжаем за 15 минут до, у причала под деревцем скромно стоят ребята, ждут нас, радостно приветствуют. Спросили только, что лучше надеть) . И погнали: с песнями у Авроры, с историями про сплавы на Алтае и по Волге!
