One of the Causes to Depression: Part 1 Prisoner in society Depression is a mental and spiritual thing. No one can help you cure depression. Not even pills can cure depression. Depression is something that you have to defeat on your own by going within yourself. I believe that if you want to overcome your depression you have to commit to fully understanding deeply for yourself what depression truly is. It may lead you to finding ways to overcome it and understanding yourself. I too experienced depression and I realized that the reason I was depressed was because of the life that I was choosing to live. And I felt controlled like as if my life wasnt really my life. Who was i living life for, was it for me or was it for others? I had to question the way that i was thinking, questioning all of my beliefs. I began realizing that my beliefs werent my beliefs at all. They were all beliefs instill in me from a young age. Things that society tells you to have value in. All the society rules that I have been following including my own countries traditions and believes and I realized that my freedom was restricted and I had to be a certain way in order for people to accept me. I felt like a prisoner within sociey, allowing myself to be controlled. I was so miserable that it was as if my free-will is taken away from me. Where I felt helpless,hopeless, and powerless. And alot of people dont realize how they are allowing others to have control over them and their life. I believe that depression is a self-sabotage, a self-destruct button where you are you choosing to rebel. Your soul is saying that you are tired and dont like the life that you have chosen to live. Na današnji dan prije 29 godina započela je bitka za Šibenik. Sirene koje su označavale zračnu opasnost oglasile su se točno u 17.57 sati. Neprijatelj je u napad krenuo iz dva smjera - preko Čiste Male, Gaćeleza i Zatona, te iz Drniša. Iz prvog smjera napada kninski korpus probio je prvu crtu obrane i zaustavio se na šibenskom mostu odakle mu je Šibenik bio na dlanu. Drugi dio korpusa doživio je težak poraz od strane hrvatskih branitelja u Pakovu Selu pa se u rasulu povukao prema Žitniću. Idućih tjedan dana Šibenik je proživljavao pakao. Ipak na kraju je hrvatska vojska izvojevala pobjedu. Šibenska je bitka bila iznimno strateški važna, jer su se morali obraniti Šibenski most, grad Šibenik i položaji naJadranskoj magistrali. Da je agresor zauzeo neke od tih lokacija, južna Hrvatska bila bi ispresijecana na par manjih ili većih džepova, čime bi došla u vrlo tešku situaciju za obranu. ✌🇭🇷 #sibenik #rujanskirat #dasenezaboravi - @grad.sibenik on Instagram

. listening to lectures in a language i dont know, taking the longest and least comfortable travel train routes around the country all the way while standing, going to a parent-teacher meet in a school to get advice on how to be good teacher and a parent, queueing in a ticket collection counter of a sole cinema hall in a village only to not sit in hall afterwards, deliberate sleeping with a diary and a pen beside myself to get ideas for writing from a dream i could have and remember, standing on tip of my toes on the railings of balcony just the amount of time to overcome my phobia of heights, stuffing the lift of my floor with unused furnitures present in the store room and leaving the right amount of space not to exceed the lift capacity and just to let me enter in, breathing in claustrophobia- breathing out fear, watching a highly rated horror genre movie with perfect background settings- all doors opened and left creaking, stormy windows, middle of the night, dim and depressing, delightful lights for birth of sounds and shadows that only i could listen and see, comfortably sitting on a sofa- rotating my eyes in clockwise and at the same time rotating my head in counterclockwise direction spontaneously and simultaneously, building a colony of ants by dropping sugar cubes in a zig-zag line, collecting dust of all ceiling fans and making a rangoli drawing out of it , downloading an AI monitored app and splashing my vulnerability to a robotic chatter harder than the water i splashed this morning from bucket while bathing and reporting my thoughts to a diary every 15 minutes through illustrations and flowcharts. Lidea stessa della regione marchigiana non sembra essere abbastanza caratterizzata, confondendo spesso i propri confini con quelli di altre regioni del centro Italia. L’immagine che risulta del paesaggio marchigiano e dei suoi personaggi tipici resta poco definita, e talvolta decisamente generica o stereotipata. Crunch on East Colonial should change its name to Covid Crunch. I went to cancel a membership because they cant do it over the phone. Keep in mind I signed up for a early rate before the location was finished with construction. All pre-pandemic. So they opened up in the middle of a Pandemic and cannot provide a safe environment. I told them I would not be working out until it was safe. They are charging me and making it a difficult to cancel. I went in to find no social distancing, it was packed. The majority of patrons did not have on mask in an enclosed environment, this is rated one of the most risky activities you can be doing in one of the worst states to be doing it in. The assistant manager did not want to give corporate information out, claimed it was a franchise. She would not give out owner information. The manager retreated to a meeting and told her to ask me to come back in a few hours.
