I AM ,I WAS .... STRONG ENOUGH TO FACE LIFE.I STOOD FIRM AND FACED THE HAUNTED LIFE FULL OF EVIL SPIRITS!! And I became a girl with a mind of stone.I was torn into pieces ...skin and bone. My heart was squeezed and I drained all of my blood.Now it doesnt beat and I dont feel the ache in my chest.I think from mind not from heart and thats how I have been beating the world and winning life with smartness. Dont give people the licence to play with you ... they come dump you and trash your pieces of heart and mind with no pity and sympathy. What a month it’s been. And continues to be. Emotions flying all over the place and this girl isn’t ready to get back to reality what so ever. After the updates with the Covid situation in the last few days I/we won’t be able to go home to my family in Sweden as planned and although I’m gutted and heartbroken about it 💔, I also know I’m very fortunate in so many ways so have decided to focus on all the positives & staying grateful and live fully in the present with my best friend before he takes off again in just a few weeks. I was gonna write a post about my last few months, about how 163 FaceTime calls made me get through lockdown feeling so happy every single day and then led to a first meeting IRL after all that time waiting.. 🥰 but, I’m gonna leave it for another time I think. But yeah. Now here we are. In Italy. Like originally planned. Making our way through the landscapes in a little mini Volkswagen. Pretending All Is Well in the world (i’m very aware they’re not..) But. That’s how it feels right here and now & I’m gonna embrace it with open arms because it’s been a VERY long time since I felt like this 💛 Anyways, Hope you’re all well! I felt like the moment I truly began to love myself for everything, I became WHOLE! *cough* The WHOLESOME Heart 💓❤️😱😏) . That’s when my life completely changed 💥🥑🎉 it changed not only by the foods I would nourish my body with, but the people I surrounded myself with, the way I moved my body because, now because I loved what it can do - not out of hate or guilt, I also started speaking to myself kindly - because the whole Jasmine, deserved this and so much more!! 🤸🏼♀️👯♀️🙋🏼♀️😍 . Now I continue to fill my cup up daily, not... ‘for the gram’ 📲 but because when my cup and heart are full, it overflows to my community/friends/family/clients. . Remember #selflove doesn’t just mean having an epsom salt bath, or getting a massage 💆🏼♀️ (albeit amazing and def love them both 😉) it can be something as simple as going to bed 30mins earlier - because you DESERVE the best sleep and to feel well rested... 🏃🏼♀️🤸🏼♀️👯♀️ . My goal in this crazy world is to guide and inspire you to start loving yourself, the WHOLE YOU, by prioritising yourself because you deserve EVERYTHING and more!
