I’ll bet you never know that I was in a band when I was in college… We were called DBO, which stood for Death By Orgasm... We lived in a place called the Quiet House on Bay State Road in Boston and, let me tell you, it was ANYTHING but quiet! OK, the real story is, in the fall of 1981, one of my dorm mates, Ray, had a photography project and he thought it would be funny for us to dress up like a new wave band. Some of the clothing and buttons that the others were wearing belonged to me. One guy is wearing my dad’s World War II uniform shirt. That’s my roommate Rick, who was a geology major. I still remember tripping over his rock samples in our walk-in closet. I’ve managed to stay in touch with three other people in this photo… Definitely my favorite dorm at BU, and the best people - @suburban_voice on Instagram

As we are living in quarantine, a global pandemic, social distancing, 2020 has been and is like one of the weirdest years that ever existed. In times like these you tend to get demotivated, out of order, lazy and just want to give up. I was having the kind of days too. When my to do list kept exploding and all I wanted to stay in bed and just give up on everything. There were days when I actually sat and pondered do I really need to work this hard? The kind of person that I am whose crippling anxiety takes over now and then this song which I came across thanks to YouTube this song it told me yes I have to. Idk how this song might have acted for other people but for me it has been a pure motivation to work more hard. To hustle and to be what I want to be. To keep on going no matter what. So all I want to say to all of you guys is let go of all the negative energy around and keep working keep hustling just keep moving forward and dont let anything stop you.
