It’s a pleasure to be involved in one of the most important parts of a mothers journey. And because Heather was so fit labor was only a total of 3 hours. When the doctor came in she only pushed 4 times. Her doctor called her abs of steel! She also had incredible endurance to go through labor without tiring. Bump update: From 18 weeks to 28 weeks I’ve gained about 7lbs, my waist increased 3.5” and my bump increased 2.5”🤔 I’ve gained about .70lbs/week (137 pre pregnancy to 156 current) and I’m on week 3 of working out again. Baby Leo is about 2.5-3lbs and 14-15” long! He does NOT like thia food, sweets (asside from vanilla ice cream and the occasional muffin) and hates breakfast time. He LOVES mexican food, kims bugolgi, and mac and cheese. Oh and obsessed with coffee flavored everything (thank god for the 200mg a day cap)😂 today I’m finishing the nursery minus a few final touches I’ll be doing late July-August.
