मेरी कलम से 😎〰️〰️〰️✒️ आज महिला दिवस है। सुबह से सोशल मिडिया पर इसके सन्देश भेजने और पोस्ट किये जा रहे है। 8 मार्च को अंतरराष्‍ट्रीय महिला दिवस आते ही सिर्फ एक दिन के लिए महिलाओं का गुणगान करके उन्हें सम्मान देना और दूसरी ओर उनको छलना, उनके साथ कपट भाव रखना, रास्ते चलते छेड़छाड़ करना, स्त्री को लज्जित करना, शराब पीकर महिलाओं के साथ मारपीट करना... यह सब हमें शोभा नहीं देता। इससे अच्छा यही होगा कि हम महिला दिवस मनाना ही भूल जाएं। अगर सच में हमारे मन में महिलाओं के प्रति आदर और सम्मान है, तो सबसे पहले हमें चाहिए कि हम उन मां, बहन, बेटियों, बहुओं और उन मासूम बच्चियों के प्रति अपना नजरिया बदलें और उन्हें हीन दृष्टि से देखना बंद करें। पराए घर की किसी महिला या लड़की को हम हमारी घर की बेटी समझकर उन्हें भी उसी नजरिए देखें, जो नजरि‍या हम अपनी मां और बहनों के लिए रखते करते हैं। महिला दिवस मनाने का केवल यह मतलब नहीं है कि एक दिन तो बहुत ऊंचे स्थान पर बैठाकर मान-सम्मान दे दिया जाए और दूसरे ही दिन राह चलती लड़कियों से छेड़खानी शुरू कर दी जाए। रास्ते चलते लड़कियों पर फब्ति‍यां कसना इनकी आदत शुमार में है और सबसे ज्यादा शर्मनाक बात तो तब हो जाती है, जब हैवानों का दल 3-5 साल की मासूम बच्चियों को भी अपना निशाना बनाने में नहीं चूकते ।हमारे समाज को चाहिए कि वह इस तरह दरिंदगी का शिकार हुई बच्चियों और महिलाओं के प्रति अपना नजरिया बदले । नारी सम्मान की बात घर से ही शुरू की जानी चाहिए ताकि बाकी भी इस सम्मान को बरकरार रखने में पूरी तरह सहयोग दे सकें। आओ मिलकर पर्ण लें कि महिलाओं के प्रति गलत भावना अपने मन में न लाएं। ताकि हम इस दिवस को मनाने के योग्य बन सके। ऋतुराज चौहानओर से सभी को महिला दिवस की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं! - @rituraj_mukki on Instagram

मेडिकल कालेज में कार्यरत नर्स की मौत, शहीद की तरह निकाली अंतिम यात्रा कोरोना महामारी (Corona epidemic) के बीच लगातार मौत का सिलसिला (Continuation of death) जारी है और प्रशासन है कि इस महामारी को रोकने में पूरी तरह से नाकाम साबित हो रहा है,आज कोरोना वॉरियर्स नर्स (Corona Warriors Nurse) की कोविड से मौत (Death from covid) हो गई, मृतक नर्स मेडिकल कॉलेज (Medical college) के कोविड-19 वार्ड (covid-19 Ward) में अपनी सेवाएं दे रही थी और बीते कुछ दिनों पहले ही उनकी रिपोर्ट कोरोना पॉजिटिव (Corona positive) आई, जिसके बाद उन्हें इलाज के लिए मेडिकल कॉलेज में भर्ती किया गया था। आज सुबह 40 वर्षीय कोरोना वॉरियर्स (40-year-old Corona Warriors) की मौत हो गई। शहीद की तरह निकाली अंतिम यात्रा मेडिकल कालेज में पदस्थ साथी नर्सों को जैसे ही पता चला कि उनके साथ में काम करने वाली 40 वर्षीय नर्स की मौत की जैसे ही खबर लगी तो सारा मेडिकल कॉलेज गमगीन हो गया। अचानक से ही उनके साथी में नर्स की मौत (Nurse’s death) हो जाने के बाद से सभी नर्सों ने अब काम बंद कर हड़ताल कर दी है। मेडिकल कालेज में पदस्थ नर्सों ने राज्य सरकार (State government) से मांग की है कि मृतक नर्स को सम्मान पत्र के साथ 50 लाख रु का मुआवजा दिया जाए, इसके साथ ही राज्य सरकार के लिए काम कर रही नर्सों का बीमा (Nurses insurance) करवाएं। मेडिकल कालेज से चोहानी श्मशानघाट तक निकाली गई अंतिम यात्रा कोरोना से खत्म हुई 40 वर्षीय नर्स की जब अंतिम यात्रा निकाली तो पूरा मेडिकल स्टाफ (medical staff) एकत्रित हो गया। हालांकि कोविड की गाइडलाइन (covid’s Guideline) को देखते हुए जबलपुर प्रशासन (Jabalpur Administration) ने ज्यादा लोगों को अंतिम यात्रा में शामिल नहीं होने दिया। कोरोना वॉरियर्स की अंतिम यात्रा (Last rite to Corona Warriors) मेडकिल कालेज से चोहानी शमशान घाट (Chohani Crematorium) तक शहीद (martyr) की तरह निकाली गई। - @about_the_jabalpur on Instagram

लाग हरेला, लाग बग्वाई, जी रए, जाग रए. स्याव जस बुद्धि हैजो, सूर्ज जस तरान हैजो आकाश बराबर उच्च है जै, धरती बराबर चकाव है जै दूब जस फलिये हिमाल में ह्यूं छन तक, गंग ज्यू में पानी छन तक सिल पिसि भात खाये, जांठि टेकि झाड़ जाये!! . . श्रावण मास में मनाये जाने वाला हरेला सामाजिक रूप से अपना विशेष महत्व रखता तथा समूचे कुमाऊँ में अति महत्वपूर्ण त्यौहारों में से एक माना जाता है। जिस कारण इस अन्चल में यह त्यौहार अधिक धूमधाम के साथ मनाया जाता है। जैसाकि हम सभी को विदित है कि श्रावण मास भगवान भोलेशंकर का प्रिय मास है, इसलिए हरेले के इस पर्व को कही कही हर-काली के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। क्योंकि श्रावण मास शंकर भगवान जी को विशेष प्रिय है। यह तो सर्वविदित ही है कि उत्तराखण्ड एक पहाड़ी प्रदेश है और पहाड़ों पर ही भगवान शंकर का वास माना जाता है। इसलिए भी उत्तराखण्ड में श्रावण मास में पड़ने वाले हरेला का अधिक महत्व है। . . सावन लगने से नौ दिन पहले आषाढ़ में हरेला बोने के लिए किसी थालीनुमा पात्र या टोकरी का चयन किया जाता है। इसमें मिट्टी डालकर गेहूँ, जौ, धान, गहत, भट्ट, उड़द, सरसों आदि 5 या 7 प्रकार के बीजों को बो दिया जाता है। नौ दिनों तक इस पात्र में रोज सुबह को पानी छिड़कते रहते हैं। दसवें दिन इसे काटा जाता है। 4 से 6 इंच लम्बे इन पौधों को ही हरेला कहा जाता है। घर के सदस्य इन्हें बहुत आदर के साथ अपने शीश पर रखते हैं। घर में सुख-समृद्धि के प्रतीक के रूप में हरेला बोया व काटा जाता है! इसके मूल में यह मान्यता निहित है कि हरेला जितना बड़ा होगा उतनी ही फसल बढ़िया होगी! साथ ही प्रभू से फसल अच्छी होने की कामना भी की जाती है। .. . . उत्तराखंड के पुराने पहाड़ को नई पीढ़ी तक ले जाने की एक पहल🙏🙏 . . The state of West Bengal suffered two major calamities together: COVID-19 and its associated lockdown, and Amphan cyclone – causing unimaginable suffering to the people of the state. We take great pride in the fact that our Professors, Alumni, and students continue to serve society, even amidst the crisis. Prantojon, an initiative led by NUJS faculty, Prof. Soumya Sahin (@soumyasahin), has been providing food to over three thousand people everyday, assisting in the rehabilitation of ten thousand migrant workers, and helping rebuild two villages in West Bengal. An alumnus, Mr Arnab Roy, NUJS10, formed SB community kitchen, which provides cooked food to hundreds of homeless people at Baruipur railway station, Kolkata. Further, while executing IDIAs initiative, he has helped more than 800 families by distributing food and other essentials in Sundarbans. Current student, Mr Ankit Pal, NUJS22, started @strongerkolkatainitiative, which has reached out to around 1700 families and directly impacted the lives of approximately 6500 people in Kolkata, Bhangor, and the Sunderbans, providing them with ration, tarpaulin, clothing, medicines, and sanitary napkins. आगरा: हाथरस सामूहिक दुष्कर्म मामले को लेकर ताजनगरी में आज भी जबरदस्त उबाल दिखाई दिया। वाल्मीकि समाज ने शहर में विभिन्न स्थानों पर विरोध-प्रदर्शन किया। इससे शहर के अधिकांश वार्ड में सफाई व्यवस्था ठप रही। समाज के लोग आरोपितों को फांसी की सजा और लापरवाही दिखाने वाले पुलिस अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग कर रहे थे। हाथरस के चंदपा थाना क्षेत्र में 14 सितंबर को वाल्मीकि समाज की युवती खेत पर गयी थी। युवती के स्वजन का आरोप है कि आरोपित संदीप और उसके साथियों ने युवती से सामूहिक दुष्कर्म किया। इसके बाद उसे मरणासन्न करके वहां फेंक गए। पीड़िता ने 22 सितंबर को अपने बयान में भी संदीप और उसके साथियों द्वारा सामूहिक दुष्कर्म की बात कही गयी थी। दिल्ली के सफदरजंग अस्पताल में मंगलवार की सुबह इलाज के दौरान पीड़िता की मौत हो गयी थी। पुलिस चारों आरोपितों को गिरफ्तार करके जेल भेज चुकी है। पीड़िता की मौत के बाद से वाल्मीकि समाज में जबरदस्त आक्रोश है। वह हत्यारों को फांसी की सजा देने के साथ ही मामले में पूरे मामले में लापरवाही बरतने वाले पुलिस अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग कर रहे हैं। इसे लेकर गुरुवार की सुबह नगर निगम के सैकड़ों सफाई कर्मचारियों ने निगम से शहीद स्मारक तक रैली निकालकर विराेध-प्रदर्शन किया। वह पीड़िता को न्याय दिलाने की मांग कर रहे थे। उससे सामूहिक दुष्कर्म और हत्या करने वालों काे फांसी की सजा दिलाने की मांग कर रहे थे। वहीं कमला नगर के कर्मयोगी एन्क्लेव चौराहे पर वाल्मीकि समाज के दर्जनों लोगों जाम लगा विराेध-प्रदर्शन किया। लोग ठेलों में कूड़ा भरकर लाए थे। इसे चौराहे पर लाकर फेंक दिया। समाज के लोगों का कहना था कि पुलिस ने पीड़िता के स्वजन को दबाव में लेकर आधी रात को उसका अंतिम संस्कार कर दिया। शव को घर तक नहीं ले जाने दिया गया। वहीं एत्माद्दौला क्षेत्र में सफाई कर्मचारियों ने कई जगहों पर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया । इसके चलते शहर के अधिकांश वार्ड में सफाई व्यवस्था ठप रही ।शहर में 100 वार्ड हैं, इनमें से अधिकांश में गुरुवार को कूड़ा नहीं उठा। #News #AgraMirror #agracity #Hathrasgangrapecase #UPGovt #YogiSarkar #AgraNagarNigam #MayorAgra - @agramirror on Instagram

নিষিদ্ধ পল্লীর মহিলাদের পাশে জগৎপুর আনন্দধারা অভিজিৎ হাজরা,হাওড়া: স্বর্ণাক্ষরে উলুবেড়িয়ার ইতিহাসে একটা দিন লেখা আছে। দিনটা ছিল ৫ ই মে ১৯৪০ সাল।ভারতমাতাকে পরাধীনতার শৃঙ্খল থেকে মুক্ত করার জন্য উথাল - পাথাল দেশ। ভারতের স্বাধীনতা আন্দোলন ও মহাত্মা গান্ধী এবং নেতাজী সুভাষচন্দ্র বসু দুটি ভিন্ন ভিন্ন পথে বিভক্ত হয়ে পড়েছে।এই বাংলাতে নেতাজীর প্রভাব প্রশ্নাতীত।১৯৪০ সালের ৫ ই মে উলুবেড়িয়ায় আসেন নেতাজী সুভাষচন্দ্র বসু। উদ্দেশ্য মহাজাতি সদন নির্মান ও স্বাধীনতা আন্দোলনের জন্য অর্থ সংগ্রহ। তিনি উলুবেড়িয়ায় এসে উলুবেড়িয়াবাসীকে মহাজাতি সদন নির্মান ও স্বাধীনতা আন্দোলনের জন্য অর্থ দানের আহ্বান জানান।এই উপলক্ষে একটা বর্নাঢ্য শোভাযাত্রা শুরু হয় উলুবেড়িয়ার ধাড়ার মিষ্টির দোকানের কাছ থেকে। নেতাজীর আহ্বানে উদ্বুদ্ধ হন উলুবেড়িয়ার কালীবাড়ীর কাছে গঙ্গা নদীর তীরবর্তী এলাকার নিষিদ্ধ পল্লীর মহিলারা।তারা নিষিদ্ধ পল্লীর মহিলাদের কাছ থেকে নিজ নিজ সাধ্যমত অর্থ সংগ্রহ করে। শোভাযাত্রার শুরুর মুহুর্তে নিষিদ্ধ পল্লীর মহিলারা তাদের সংগৃহীত অর্থ নেতাজী সুভাষচন্দ্র বসুর হাতে তুলে দেন। নেতাজী সুভাষচন্দ্র বসু কৃতজ্ঞতার সঙ্গে সেই অর্থ গ্ৰহণ করেন। নিষিদ্ধ পল্লীর মহিলাদের এই দান উলুবেড়িয়াবাসীকে উদ্বুদ্ধ করে।উলুবেড়িয়াবাসীরা ও তাদের সাধ্যমত অর্থ নেতাজী সুভাষচন্দ্র বসুর হাতে তুলে দেন। বর্তমানে দেশব্যাপী করোনা ভাইরাসের সংক্রমণ ও তার মোকাবিলায় চলছে টানা লক গাউন।এই লক ডাউনের ফলে নিষিদ্ধ পল্লীর মহিলাদের রোজগারে ছেদ পড়েছে।তার ফলে তারা খেতে পাচ্ছে না। অনাহারে -অর্ধাহারে দিন কটাচ্ছিল। উলুবেড়িয়ার জগৎপুরআনন্দধারা সংগঠনের অতনু করাতী জানালেন, আমাদের কাছে নিষিদ্ধ পল্লীর মহিলাদের সমস্যার কথা আসে। আমরা সংগঠনের সদস্য-সদস্যারা আলোচনা করে তৎক্ষণাৎ সিদ্ধান্ত নিই, ওদের পাশে দাঁড়ানোর।তাই আমরা উলুবেড়িয়া পৌরসভার দুই কাউন্সিলরকে সঙ্গে নিয়ে নিষিদ্ধ পল্লী এলাকায় যাই। নিষিদ্ধ পল্লীতে বসবাসকারীদের জন্য ভাত,ডাল,আলু-পটলের তরকারি,ডিমের তরকারি দেওয়ার ব্যবস্থা করা হয়। সংগঠনের অন্যতম সদস্য রঞ্জন বেরা বলেন, এই কঠিন পরিস্থিতিতে অসহায় মানুষদের পাশে থাকতে পেরে আমরা খুশি।প্রথমে আমরা সংগঠনের কয়েকজন সদস্য-সদস্যা মিলে এই কাজ শুরু করলেও বর্তমানে অনেক মানুষ আমাদের পাশে দাঁড়িয়েছেন, সাহায্য-সহযোগিতা করার জন্য। আজ আমাদের ছাব্বিশতম দিন।আজ ৩৫০ জনকে মধ্যাহ্নের ও রাতের আহার দেওয়া হয়। ইচ্ছা আছে সকলের সহযোগিতায় আগামী দিনেও এই অসহা - @biswabanglanews on Instagram

करीब करीब 6 महीनों बाद मैंने भी बाहर का खाना शुरू किया। इस ग्रुप के सदस्यों से मेरा स्ट्रीट फूड प्रेम तो छूपा नहीं है, समय समय पर भोपाल में मिलने वाले अच्छे बूरे स्ट्रीट फूड की समीक्षा मै वर्षों से डालते आया हूं। कोरॉना का डर और लॉक डाउन के कारण काफी दिनों तक सिर्फ घर में बने खाद्य पदार्थ ही खा पाए। पत्नी ने भी इन दिनों अलग अलग व्यंजन बना के मेरी चटोरी जबान को संतुष्ट रखा। हम सब ने देखा कि किस तरह लॉक डाउन ने हमारी आर्थिक स्तिथि खराब की है, यही हाल सबका है। सबसे बूरे हाल में होटल / रेस्टोरेंट के क्षेत्र में कार्य कर रहे लोगों का है। होटलों में कोई रुक नहीं रहा, रेस्टोरेंट में कोई खा नहीं रहा। ये बड़ा दुविधा वाला समय है, हम भी जान बूझ के आफत को आमंत्रित नहीं कर सकते, तो ऐसे में बेहतर तो सुरक्षित रहना ही है। लेकिन अर्थव्यवस्था तो एक साइकिल के पहिए जैसी ही है, अगर हम खर्च करना बंद कर देंगे तो आगे पीछे हमारी आमदनी पर भी फर्क पड़ेगा। अब ऐसे में करें तो करें क्या? ऐसे में सोचा की बेहतर होगा कि अगर कोई रेस्टोरेंट पर्याप्त सुरक्षा रख रहा है और वहां ज्यादा भीड़ नहीं है तो वहां का खाने में क्या समस्या। अब 6 महीने से जबान को कुछ बाहर का खाने नहीं मिला था तो क्या खाया जाए। पानी पूरी वाला रिस्क शायद अभी कुछ दिन और नहीं लूं, और अब घर में भी काफी अच्छी बनने लगी है। छोले भटूरे बहुत मिस किए लॉकडॉउन के दौरान, तो सोचा अपने फेवरेट और मेरे हिसाब से भोपाल के सर्वश्रेष्ठ, ज्ञानी जी के छोले भटूरे जाया जाए। जब बरखेड़ा पहुंचा तो देखा ज्ञानी जी ने वहां बैठकर खाने की व्यवस्था बंद की हुई है, सिर्फ पार्सल सेवा। साथ ही उन्होंने दुकान के बाहर एक रस्सी लगाई हुई है जिससे ग्राहक उनके पास नहीं आ सके। भाई हम तो इतने से ही संतुष्ट हो गए और पैक करा कर घर में छोले भटूरे के मजे लिए। हमेशा की तरह ज्ञानी जी के छोले भटूरे का स्वाद लाजवाब था। तेल तो आप हमेशा से अच्छी क्वालिटी का डालते हैं तो उसमे कोई दिक्कत ही नहीं। कुल मिला कर आनंद आ गया। लेकिन ज्ञानी जी, आपके यहां जो लड़का ग्राहकों को पार्सल दे रहा था उसकी ग्लव्स और मास्क पहनवा दीजिए, थोड़ा ज्यादा अच्छा रहेगा, और वो ग्लव्स / मास्क हर घंटे बदलवा दीजिएगा। इससे आपका 100 - 200 रुपए प्रति दिन का ख़र्च बढ़ जाएगा लेकिन आप भी सुरक्षित रहेंगे और ग्राहक भी। सुरक्षा भी जरूरी है और स्वास्थ भी। ज्ञानी जी के छोले भटूरे के बाद मैं एक दिन मनोहर भी हो आया और डीबी माल के फूड कोर्ट भी। उनके बारे में भी जल्द ही लिखता हूं। - @bhopalinfo on Instagram

फूलदेई, छम्मा देई, दैंणी द्वार, भर भकार, य देई में हो, खुशी अपार, जुतक देला, उतुक पाला, य देई कैं, बारम्बार नमस्कार. फूलदेई, छम्मा देई. उत्तराखंड में रहने वालों के लिये यह गीत नहीं यादों का पिटारा है. फूलदेई के जिस त्यौहार से जिसकी सबकी अपनी कुछ न कुछ यादें हैं वह त्यौहार कल मनाया जाना है. उत्तराखंड की संस्कृति ऐसी है जिसमें बच्चों के विशेष त्यौहार होते हैं. इन त्यौहारों में ही एक है फूलदेई. चैत महीने की संक्रांति को फूलदेई का त्यौहार बड़े उल्लास से मनाया जाता है. इस साल फूलदेई कल यानि 14 मार्च को मनाई जायेगी. कल सुबह की पहली किरण के साथ बच्चे बुरांश, भिटोर, फ्यूँली, आड़ू, खुमानी के फूल लेकर गांव में घर-घर की देहरी पूजने निकल पड़ेंगे. फूलों को थालियों व रिंगाल की छोटी- छोटी टोकरियों में सजाकर बच्चों की टोलियां गांव के हर परिवार के आंगन में जाकर उसके लिये आशीष मांगेंगे और घर की बुजुर्ग महिला बच्चों को आशीष देते हुए चावल, गुड़, रुपए देगी. बच्चों का यह उत्साह देखते ही बनता है. उत्तराखंड के गांवों में साल दर साल घर खाली हो रहे हैं. गांव की देहरी भी सूनी हो रही हैं. गावों में जो देहरी आबाद हैं उनके भीतर बस बुजुर्ग बसे हैं. उदासी की चादर में सिमटे इन गावों में फूलदेई के दिन गांव के बुजुर्ग अपनी देहरी में फूल और चावल चढ़ा कर त्यौहार के शगुन को पूरा करते नज़र आ ही जाते हैं. #uttrakhand #pahad #pahadi #hills #india #uttrakhandi #devbhumi #garhwali #travel #pahadiswag #pahadi_hai_hum #pahadi_trolls #temple #god #badrinath #chamoli #nature #naturelover #naturephotography #hinduism #worship #flowers #culture - @devbhumi_utttrakhand on Instagram
